There are also alternatives just outside Milan that will not show up
searching by city.
If you use  Italy you can check which have (mi) to give you the full
picture of facilities available in the Milan metro area.
Some of the facilities host multiple Italian exchanges which may be  of
benefit if public peering is the requirement.

Disclaimer: I work for someone that has a Milan facility.
