[ITNOG] RIPE 63: Call for Presentations

Salve a tutti,

Vi inoltro il Call for Presentations per la conferenza RIPE 63 che si
terrà a Vienna a fine ottobre - inizio novembre. La scadenza per
inviare una presentazione è il 18 settembre.

Mi auguro che ci possa essere interesse da parte dei membri di ITNOG a
presentare qualcosa a RIPE. Le tematiche principali sono indicate
sotto, ma non hanno la pretesa di essere esaustive. In particolare,
uno degli argomenti che potrebbe essere molto interessante è il
"content delivery", ovvero come gli ISP affrontano nel backbone e in
accesso il trasporto dei contenuti sia in downstream (streaming) che
in upstream (remotizzazione di dati verso servizi "cloud").

Se ci sono domande, potete scrivere a me oppure direttamente a tutto
il RIPE Program Committee.

RIPE 63 takes place on 31 October - 4 November 2011 in Vienna, Austria.

The RIPE Programme Committee is now seeking content proposals from the
RIPE community for the Plenary, BoF and tutorial sessions at RIPE 63
covering subjects including but not limited to:

• IPv6 deployment
• Data centre technologies
• Network and DNS operations
• Internet governance and regulatory practices
• Network and routing security
 * Content delivery
 * Internet peering and mobile data exchange

Submissions

Content proposals must be submitted for full consideration no later than
*18 September* using the online topic submission system at:
http://meetings.ripe.net/pc/
